Initial Registration of HOA 799

Hospitality doctoral students are eligible to register for dissertation credit after they have passed their Comprehensive exam and have secured their dissertation committee members.

Students must submit the completed Dissertation Prospectus form and submit their approved prospectus document (PDF format) to the Hospitality Office of Graduate Programs. After review of the completed form, this office will grant the student permission to register for HOA 799: Dissertation Research course. Once permission is granted, it is the student’s responsibility to register for the course before the start of the term.

Future Registration of HOA 799

Students will be granted permission to register for future HOA 799 dissertation credits once they pass their Dissertation Proposal Defense Exam and the result form is turned into the Hospitality Office of Graduate Programs by the dissertation committee chair. Dissertation Chairs should contact Diane Wrightman for the Dissertation Proposal Defense Exam Result Form.
